The cookies were absolutely great, but hard as a rock. I broke one in pieces and popped it in my mouth.

The cookies arrived hard and did not have a gooey center as stated in the description. Despite the cookies being hard, the taste was good, but they were poorly packaged. They arrived with the box of cookies not sealed, the bubble wrap was inside of the box of cookies and it looked like they were just thrown in the box with no care and concern.
