I honestly thought the cookies came individually heat-sealed in their packaging but instead I got a lot of broken cookies in a bunch of opened sandwich bags. The actual cookie is so good, they just did not tend to properly packaging them out for delivery so if you order just be forewarned because I had intentions for them to be on display during the family holidays and I don't think an order like this is something to rely on, unfortunately. The way they were packaged I would honestly wonder if the seller ever even got their food handlers card.
